3. Booking and Payment Policy

• Full payment or partial deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made online through secure gateways or via approved offline methods.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations must comply with the following rules:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full or partial refund (depending on the tour type).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows on the day of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Modifications and Rescheduling

Arabian Trips reserves the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify customers and offer alternative options or rescheduling at no extra cost.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification or travel documents as required for specific tours, especially for cross-border trips such as Oman excursions. Failure to present valid documents may result in denial of service without refund.

7. Safety and Conduct

• All customers must follow safety instructions provided by guides or operators.
• Arabian Trips holds the right to refuse service to any individual engaging in misconduct or endangering others.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost during tours.

8. Liability Limitation

Arabian Trips acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party providers (transport, hotels, adventure operators, etc.). While we take great care to select reliable partners, we are not liable for injuries, damages, delays, or losses beyond our control, including those caused by natural disasters or government restrictions.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, and videos—is the intellectual property of Arabian Trips and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Privacy Protection
